Participants will be guided to make important choices to experience more joy in everyday life. The workshop will help each individual to focus and to make a choice on each theme. These choices, if applied, can have a huge impact on their personal and work life.

We provide you with a model to help determine your attitude with regards to your thinking. What is your choice? You make the decision.

We all have emotions, positively and negatively it rubs off on others.
Theme 4 – Bright Listening and Speaking
We have two ears and one mouth to listen twice as much as we speak. Prevent other people from having to ask you questions or wondering what your message to them is.

This programme is suitable for individuals, small as well as larger groups of people, from all walks of life. Corporate companies will especially benefit, as productivity may increase. Unnecessary absenteeism may be eliminated as employees’ morale will increase by taking responsibility towards a better and more conscious way of healthy living.

Legacy Dad
Fathers leave a legacy through their behaviour, decisions and their character. Our children watch us, see what the effect of our behaviour and decisions are, and imitate it.
Help your children to thrive by practicing the appropriate games as well as very practical thinking and listening skills that will be introduced during the workshop. See with your own eyes how your family and children start to flourish. Do not be discouraged if you did not have an example to follow, you will learn in a safe environment how to grow into being the dad you always wanted to be.
