Purpose
This qualification is part of the Occupational Certificate: Cook at Level 4 and has been developed for Food Handlers in the Hospitality and catering industry. It brings together theoretical, practical and workplace elements of cleaning and food preparation.
- An approximately 18-month training program with an interactive approach.
- Practical workplace experience in a simulated and real workplace environment.
- Compiling a portfolio of evidence with your ability to apply the knowledge and skills obtained in the portfolio.
- A Final Integrated Summative Assessment (FISA)
- Submission of necessary documentation for certification to QCTO by CAL
